Micro "SoftBoob" - This program allows you to have an image displayed, that when clicked, turns into another image while also playing a sound effect.

Fully customisable .ini including position, resolution, audio file and frames of images to use. Works great with .pngs for transparency.

Right click or Escape closes the program.

Yeah you can do some fun things with this. Someone suggested using someone's desktop and having it hide the icons.

I quite like the idea of using your pc as an instrument sound board with movable GUI myself.

Please don't use for nefarious purposes.
